As the Clinical Lead for UK Mental Health, you will be tasked with overseeing all clinical aspects of the service and working closely with the Director of Mental Health (non-clinical role) to grow out our digital offering and expand our NHS footprint.

Who you are:
- HCPC registered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist
- Experience managing a team of clinicians and service outcome measures in an NHS adult mental health setting. IAPT services or similar, highly desirable.
- Tendering experience and track record of designing or developing services highly desirable.
- A collaborative team player who is not afraid to get their hands dirty.
- Lover of innovation, comfortable working at pace and trying new things.

What you can expect
Join a talented cross-functional team: As well as reporting into the UK Medical Director and working as a leader within the 300-strong Clinical Team, you will be collaborating with teams from across the organisation to develop new products and services and bring them to market. This could include developing new features in the app with the Tech and Design teams, pitching to the NHS with the Commercial teams or working on campaigns with the Marketing team.
Lead Mental Health Clinical Team: grow and lead a team of psychologists and therapist to deliver high quality care. Develop best practice guidelines, perform supervision with the therapist and creating meaningful peer-to-peer support systems.
Collaborate across Europe: work with a community of clinical and non-clinical leaders of our large and established mental health services in Sweden, Norway and France.
Oversee service performance: manage services outcomes on our private and NHS services. Work with teams from operations, clinical, design and tech to improve the client experience and outcomes.
Leading voice in our strategy: work closely with the Director of Mental Health (non-clinical role) to develop the strategy for the business unit, prioritise commercial opportunities and influence tech roadmap.
Experience the service: work one a day a week in the service to keep routed in the front line and develop ideas for improvement.
