In order to drive our profitability as a group and the efficiency of our operations globally, we are now looking for a Global Process Automation Specialist, who will establish a global Center of Excellence for process automation within Kry/Livi and who works proactively and independently across the organisation.
OUR CHALLENGE FOR YOU
Drive profitability across the company by establishing a global Center of Excellence for process automation which works tightly with our Business Areas and Global Enabler Functions.
Proactively identify or collect process candidates for automation across the company and then prioritise, scope, initiate and monitor projects to realise expected benefits, incl. process improvements, process-mapping, calculation of ROI to prioritise appropriately.
Project-lead implementation of automation where teams owning the affected process are not in place or not equipped to drive projects themselves and involve and onboard appropriate third parties.
Advise, assist and coach teams owning the processes to become autonomous in identifying suitable processes for automation and implement appropriate solutions and establish best practices.
Own vendor relationships and act as a single point-of contact and co-ordinator for vendors in the automation space (e.g. consultants or technology partners).
Ensure regular maintenance and continuous improvement of the automations implemented and monitor if the expected efficiency gains are realising.
Act as change manager in the company and across functions to advocate for impactful improvements via automation and ensure ongoing buy-in of enabler functions like IT, Security, Legal and others.
YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS
University degree in Information technology, computer science, business administration or related fields
6+ years of work experience
Experience of process automation,
Experience with RPA and preferably process mining,
Prior exposure to UiPath is a plus
Experience in process improvement
Preferably experience in establishing a Center of Excellence for process automation, team-building and leadership experience is a plus
Exceptional communication and cross-functional project management skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
You have a proactive and independent working style, you're eager to find room for improvement
