For the next stage in our growth, we are looking for an experienced Audit Facilitator to support our clinical and non-clinical audit programs ensuring we keep providing outstanding care and service to our patients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting into our Associate Medical Director this role will
Support the Associate Medical Director by coordinating and facilitating our clinical audit programme.
Take forwards our existing programme of clinical audit and assist in developing new audits in line with the organisation’s requirements and national standards.
Assist staff with the design of audit projects.
Facilitate data collection for audit projects and provide data to support the timely delivery of audit projects.
Assist staff with the development of recommendations and action plans
Ensure consistency of the documentation of our audit work and support team members with the writing and publication of audit reports.
Coordinate clinical audit meetings.
Support the Associate Medical Director in the operation of our clinical quality assurance programme.
Coordinate monthly quality assurance meetings.
Providing clinical audit training across Livi UK departments as required.
Support the wider UK business by enabling the provision of clinical audit data to other departments.
Develop and coordinate Livi wide audit newsletter.
Assist in cascading learnings from clinical audit to the Livi clinician community.
Support a culture of continuous quality improvement and assurance across all Livi services, ensuring that quality and governance is owned by all staff.
WHAT YOU BRING
Previous experience in clinical audit facilitation.
Experience in managing the audit process.
Proficiency with key clinical systems (ideally both EMIS Web and SystmOne) and flexibility to adapt to new systems as needed.
The ability to work effectively in a team environment and on your own.
The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Experience in collating audit data and reporting findings to various stakeholders.
Knowledge and skills of good governance.
You're an entrepreneurial self-starter - you quickly identify what needs to get done, prioritise and focus on execution. You are well organised - you know how to create checklists, ensure all boxes get ticked and are excited by getting stuck into the details.
You're an excellent team player with the ability to be resilient and empathetic. You demonstrate high personal integrity, you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dig in wherever needed, even if it is not directly within your work area.
