As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with Kry/Livi, you will assist and support our awesome Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruitment activities,  whilst also contributing to various internal projects within Talent Acquisition. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play an important part in building an excellent candidate experience and ensure that the best talent will join our mission to enable healthcare for everyone. You will belong to the fantastic Talent Team focusing on Technology, Product and Design!

Our challenge for you 

  • Deliver a meaningful service experience to Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers & candidates involved in the recruitment process
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews and tests in a global environment, as well as handling communication towards candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Support and coordinate relocation processes  as required
  • Perform administrative tasks and handle ad hoc situations related to recruitment processes  including contract generation reference checking, background check administration, and other related tasks 
  • Participate and contribute to different initiatives and process improvement projects as appropriate

  • A  highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail  Comfortable and able to interact with stakeholders  at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Someone who thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced environment and who is easily adaptable to change 
  • A self-starter, curious, and always willing to step in to help the team
