Salary: £21,000 p.a.

Division: Medical Operations

Location: Waterloo, London, UK / Remote

Reporting to: Medical Operations Manager

We’re looking for organised and hardworking people to join our growing Medical Operations Support team. You will work closely with our Medical Operations and Clinical team, responsible for processing prescriptions, sick notes, and referrals for our patients, to guarantee a fantastic post-consultation experience. 

Responsibilities (Will include):

  • Efficiently and accurately process all prescriptions, sick notes and referrals
  • Send out prescription originals to all partner practices
  • Send out discharge summaries to the patient's practice
  • Build relationships with our growing network of partner pharmacies
  • Book follow up appointments and blood tests for our patients
  • Provide feedback to help to improve pathways in the future
  • Ad hoc duties when required

When you’ll work:

3 weekday shifts, 1 evening shift, 1 weekend shift

Weekday shift: 9am - 5pm

Evening shift: 2:30pm - 10:30pm Weekend shift: 9am - 5pm

Who you are:

  • Previous administrative experience is essential
  • Previous healthcare experience is preferable 
  • Ability to build strong relationships with patients and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills: proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving capability
  • An interest in the healthcare sector is essential
